2. What this site collects
This site creates no user account, does no advertising tracking and sells no data. A single form collects personal data:

This data is stored with Supabase Inc., in a datacentre located in Ireland (European Union). It is not passed on to any third party.
To be removed from the list at any time, a message to contact@kanzenkanji.com is enough — no justification required.
3. Audience measurement
Site traffic is measured with Plausible Analytics: no cookies, no advertising identifier, no profiling. The data is aggregated (page views, referrer, device type), hosted in the European Union, and cannot identify you or follow you from one site to another.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f) — understanding the site’s audience without intruding on visitors’ privacy. No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.

This site uses technical cookies only, never shared with any third party:

These cookies are strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for and are therefore exempt from prior consent under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act. No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies. You can delete them at any time from your browser settings.
5. Technical logs
Like any website, this site produces connection logs on the hosting side (IP address, timestamp, requested page, response code). They are used solely for security, abuse prevention and incident diagnosis, are kept for a short period by Vercel Inc., and are never used for profiling.
6. Your rights
Under articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights: contact@kanzenkanji.com. You will receive a reply within one month at most, in accordance with article 12 of the GDPR.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the applicable regulations. The date at the top of the page indicates the version in force.
